Delete your account

Ask us to delete your Play Point LTD account and the personal data linked to it. You don't need the app for this.

What happens

  • We email you a link — open it to confirm the request is really yours.
  • We delete your account and personal data (name, email, phone, wallet numbers) and email you when it's done.
  • Records of payments and withdrawals may be kept, without your personal details, where the law requires it.
  • Withdraw your balance first. A deleted account can't be restored and its balance can't be paid out.
